Leadership coaching is a powerful tool for transformation. Holistic and motivating, its results are powerful and long lasting because they come from within.
I am comfortable in fast paced, complex systems leadership contexts. I bring a flexible and bespoke approach to our coaching conversations to support, nudge and challenge you to identify what needs to change and how you plan to move forward.
My preference is to work with narrative, metaphor and nature, drawing on psychology where appropriate, but I am equally happy to work in whatever way suits your needs best.
Our sessions will be driven by you, as the expert in your situation. Through curious questioning, careful listening, insightful challenge and compassionate, mindful focus I will work with you respectfully as you explore your thinking and consider new perspectives.
