Building on the analogy of the coaching conversation as a dance, I see supervision as the two of us going into the practice studio together to unpick your dance, discuss and reflect on it, and maybe try out some new steps for you to take back to continue the dance with your client.
I am influenced by narrative, metaphor, mindfulness and I love to work with nature as a co-partner and draw on psychology where appropriate. I don’t work to any set model or approach, our work will be driven by you.
Whilst much value can be gained from group supervision,
my offer focuses on one to one relationships and building
authentic learning partnerships over time.
I bring my presence and attention, integrity, experience and
supervision skills. I invite you to bring your coaching practice
“ I liked that we both find metaphors a powerful way to explore thoughts and feelings that at first felt intangible to me. As we built each metaphor I was able to make sense of what I was feeling, thinking, experiencing and how I could use that insight to best serve my client.”
Sian, experienced independent leadership coach.
“ I found it really easy to talk with Jules. We built rapport and trust really quickly. Her gentle challenge helped me to notice patterns of thinking I had previously been unaware of and I value the experience she brings to our sessions.”
David, novice internal leadership coach
“ I cherish supervision as an important part of my CPD and appreciate the courageous way in which you sometimes stop me in my tracks to help clarify the issue and encourage me to go deeper. I find our conversations restorative”
Rose, experienced independent leadership coach and mentor.
